Who we are?

Project Copernicus is a collective of artists, scientists and entrepreneurs exploring the exponential age.

What we do?

In the Museum for Exponential Technologies & Arts (ETA) we are experimenting with alternatives for our outdated social fabric by applying exponential technologies like artificial intelligence, virtual worlds and blockchains.

We do this by creating the ETA Collections in so called Copernicus Spheres, glass artworks that contain collections of digital art. We also open up ETA Artwalks for the general public to enjoy these collections.

To create a deeper understanding of the exponential age, we als open up ETA Exhibitions and ETA Salons to ignite conversations on the period in time we live in and to navigate the tensions that come along with it.

Underlying our efforts is the ETA Essay. Here we lay out theoretical frameworks to navigate the exponential age in a conscious way.

How we do it?

The Copernicus Spheres are glass artworks that are filled with digital value, representing groundbreaking art experiments made with (the combination of) AI, virtual worlds and blockchains. You can find the Ethereum- and Bitcoin-collection over here and here.

The value in the artworks already adds up to approximately $35.000 and counting with more and more artifacts being added. The Copernicus Spheres governed by token holders responsible for its wellbeing. You can read more about its origins here.

Why we do it?

We believe that society is experiencing a new Copernican revolution and we are convinced that in this period in time we have be active participants in the emergence of a new social fabric for society.

We invite everyone to visit the ETA Artwalks and Exhibitions or to participate in the Salons to join the conversations that help shape the transition.
